1. Do I have to be a business/organization to order from Smittie's?

No, anyone can order from our bakery.

2. Do I have to be a business/organization to receive wholesale pricing?

No again, pricing is based on quantity.

3. Does Smittie's offer delivery?

Yes, we do offer delivery. We do have a minimum quantity and a delivery fuel charge will apply. Some locations may be outside of our delivery areas, for these areas we suggest shipping. To receive more information about delivery please contact us.

4. Does Smittie's ship product?

Yes, Smittie's ships product all over the nation. We often have customers get product shipped to Florida, California, Maryland, etc. We have even shipped as far as Hawaii.

We presently only ship product that is wrapped and with the salt separate. This helps ensure product quality. Typically we ship 2-3 day priority mail and prefer to ship out product orders Mondays thru Wednesdays.

Smittie's does not have online purchasing available at this time, please Contact us for more information about shipping or give us a call to place a shipping order.

5. Do I need to place an order to get product at Smittie's Roadside Stand?

No, our Roadside Stand is our retail outlet that has product ready and available during it's operating hours. Though we try to have every item available at all times, we do sometimes run out of stock of certain items. If you would like to place an order to pick up at our stand you may, but it must be called in the day before.

6. How much notice do I need to give Smittie's if I'd like to place an order?

All orders must be called in and the amount of notice depends on which product(s) you are ordering, the quantity of product and if order is for pick up, delivery, or shipping.

  • Generally (for pick up orders) we only need a days notice for amounts totaling in 300 or less. Two days notice is appreciated for orders totaling over 300 items.
  • Two days notice is needed for delivery orders to avoid scheduling conflicts.
  • Specialty products require additional notice, 3 days - 1 week depending on quantity and type of product.
  • Shipping orders are best to be placed a week in advanced of date desired to be received. It takes 2-3 days to ship product and we do not like to ship any later in the week than Wednesday.
  • Very large orders totalling over 1,000 or more may require 3 days - 1 weeks notice, depending on type of product.
